I love to explore bodies, shapes and expressions in their most natural state: naked.

I began photographing nudes at the age of 16. The dialogue between the photographer and the model is an exciting, collaborative process in which communication is key. Dealing with vulnerability and insecurity, not just by the models, but my own as well, is part of this collaboration and (hopefully) leads to discovery and acceptance. The images I am looking for, are often new and wonderful discoveries for my models. For some viewers however, some of my images may provoke or disturb a viewer. I understand - but, what I find strange is how some people see nudity as dirty and repulsive, while images of violence in movies and television news seem acceptable to them. It is a mystery to me. We are born naked, the very survival of our species depends on people getting naked, but nudity and sex are taboo.

If you are interested in working with me as a model, let me know. But please don’t ask me to take “sexy” pictures, I find such pictures boring and have no interest to make any.
